The purpose of FamilyCite is to provide help to the beginning genealogist in documenting sources. This will be done using explanations and citation examples. In addition to the helps for logged in users there will also be a "Video of the Day", which will provide instruction from around the Internet on any genealogical subject.
The visual design of the site will use light brown and beige tones to give the site an old document feel.
The administration functions will allow the addition of new citation instructions and the deletion and editing of old instructions.
